Extra Fees
The use of air conditions are also included in the rental rates, however use of electricity is included at a maximum of €3 per night. This would normally suffice for any stay and only in exceptional circumstances there was a need to top up. Any extra units will be charged at €0.20c per unit utilising an automated electricity meter (by inserting Eur 1 and Eur 2 coins)
