Deposit
A damage deposit of EUR100 is required upon arrival. This deposit is fully refundable during check-out as long as there has been no damage to the property.
Extra Fees
The use of air conditions are also included in the rental rates, however use of electricity is included at a maximum of €3 per night.. This would normally suffice for any stay and only in exceptional circumstances there was a need to top up. Any extra units will be charged at €0.20c per unit utilizing an automated electricity meter (by inserting Eur 1 and Eur 2 coins)

The nearby bus stop with the name Noqra is 3 minutes walk from the apartment. There is also a bus service from the airport to Marsascala .
